Pajar Canada offers a hassle-free return policy within 30 days of purchase for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid return shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, attach the return label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned merchandise, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
